We take out all the guess work and provide a system that has no compromises and provides proven performance, speed and reliability.

We only provide the one. It is designed to be the pinnacle of current PC technology. It is what we use and it is the PC that stays relevant for many years to come. We hope you enjoy the one for many years before needing to upgrade and we would love to have you back, even though we know this machine will last a very long time. Our goal isn’t to sell you a computer every year, it is to sell you a machine that stands the test of time.

How long to receive the one?

Build times range from 3-15 business days depending on multiple factors including parts availability and how many systems we have on the current build line. We also stress test the system, 48 hours of temperature and stability testing of all components before it is finally packed and shipped out to you. We will provide updates to the customer via email during the build and shipment process.

How is the one shipped?

We ship the one fully insured by FedEx or UPS within the United States.

What is the return policy for the one?

We offer a 30 day return policy for build defects and damage during shipping. The one needs to be returned complete in original packaging. We are confident the one is built and packaged to the highest standards.
